MyUHS is the official health information app of the University of Wisconsin–Madison University Health Services (UHS) designed to facilitate self-care. Through MyUHS, users can:

  • Communicate with UHS providers.
  • Review test results, medications, health history, and personal health information.
  • Submit and view immunization records.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, both in-person and virtual.
  • View and pay account balances.

To access the MyUHS mobile app, users are required to log in with their UW–Madison NetID account or use a non-NetID account previously provided by UHS.
